WhatsApp and Automated Processing

When you communicate with TurfBay through WhatsApp, your messages and contact information may be processed using Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and TurfBay’s NANBOS system.

NANBOS may use automated tools to classify enquiries, locate relevant customer records, prepare draft responses, create internal activities and route work to the appropriate TurfBay team member. Important commercial or service decisions remain subject to human oversight.

Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information only as necessary with trusted service providers that help us operate our business and systems. These may include Meta and WhatsApp, cloud-hosting providers, workflow-automation providers, email and productivity platforms, artificial-intelligence service providers, accounting systems and customer-support tools.

These providers process information under their own contractual and security obligations. Information may be processed outside South Africa where a service provider operates internationally. We take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards apply.
