Easier to use and maintain than ever before
The newest Pro-Flex 120B incorporates maintenance free blade spindles and rubber-damped automatic belt tensioners which eliminates a significant amount of time needed for routine maintenance while also lowering operating costs. Progressive's exclusive Pro Lift-N-Turn™ and Automatic Wing Cylinder Lock Valve make the Pro-Flex 120B simpler to operate than ever before! Starting at S/N 15272165B, the wing hydraulic circuit includes an automatic lock valve to prevent unwanted movement of the wings during mowing. The new automatic lock valve is incorporated into the wing lock release mechanism (circled in the photo below). It replaces the manual ¼ turn valve that is found on earlier models. This change also simplifies the connection to the tractor as only two hydraulic hoses are required to run between the tractor and the mower. When the wings need to be raised or lowered, the Operator simply pulls and holds the pull rope from the tractor's seat until they are fully raised or lowered. The Automatic Wing Cylinder Lock Valve is truly an Operator convenience feature, and best of all the functionality of Pro Lift-N-Turn feature remains unchanged. SDR-90 Single Deck Finishing Roller Mower
Heavy-duty construction, open rear discharge and easy cutting height adjustment
The Progressive SDR-90 is a three point hitch version of the popular tri-deck TDR-22 mower and it utilizes many of the same components. Not to be confused with other, light duty three point hitch mowers that are available, the SDR-90 has a 6” diameter rollers on both the front and rear across the full width of the deck. Ideal for smaller mowing jobs where a quality cut is mandatory, the SDR’s rollers allow you to cut as low as ½”, while simultaneously striping and rolling the mowing surface. To minimize service requirements, the SDR-90 is equipped with field proven maintenance free blade spindles. TDR 12 Rotary Mower
Dri-deck roller mower
The TDR-12B tri-deck roller mower has a 12' wide cut and full-length rollers on each deck making it ideal for sports turf, polo fields, and municipal parks. The TDR-12B can cut as low as ½" while it stripes the turf for a pleasing visual impact. Using the Progressive TDR-12B will provide an outstanding professional finished appearance as it smooths the surface at the same time. In addition, the re-growth of divots is improved through better root to soil contact from the passing rollers. Cutting heights are quick and simple to set with the supplied tool to any height from ½" to 4". If the mower needs to be transported on public roads, optional fenders are available A superior quality cut is achieved with the combination of high tip speed and Progressive's high lift blades, which stands the grass up prior to cutting and then disperses the clippings evenly over the rear rollers. Only 25 to 40 horsepower is required to operate the TDR-12B, which keeps the cost of tractor operation low. All mower decks are free floating to follow changing contours. Decks float side to side is 40 degrees total (15 degrees down and 25 degrees up). In addition, unlike similar mowers, the TDR-12B decks float a total of 24 degrees front to back (12 degrees down and 12 degrees up).Downloads

TDR26 Mower
Larger is better! With a wide productive 25'8" cutting swath per pass, the TDR-26 / TDR-26G has been Field Proven as it has been operating in Europe in turf production applications since the summer of 2017.
The basic design and layout of TDR-26 is similar to the TDR-22 but with wider wing decks and heavier suspension axels from the TDR-30 that accommodate the extra-wide, low ground pressure tires. The TDR-26 is uniquely positioned to offer increased productivity in a value-conscious wide-area roller mower.
The TDR-26 / TDR-26G is proudly built in North America and is equipped with bolt-on deck shells in either galvanized or painted finishes.
