The TRILO BL300 has a light weight fan, which allows it to start up supple and fast. The height adjustable castor wheels ensure that the blower follows the contours of the soil perfectly and prevent damage to the spout and turf. The standard equipped 180 degree reverse spout can be adjusted hydraulically from the driver’s seat. The spout is placed in the centre of the machine so there is no difference in air capacity between the left and right side of the blower.

Sweeping and collecting in one pass

With the S3, you easily sweep fallen leaves, grass clippings and any kind of debris off the grass surface. A compact and maneuverable vacuum trailer with a loading capacity of 3 m³. The trailer is designed to sweep and collect leaves, grass clippings, waste etc. The compact vacuum trailers are perfectly suited for use at smaller sites, for example at camp sites, city parks or event areas. A powerful fan ensures enormous suction power and is mounted in a housing fitted with a replaceable lining. The fan is driven by a PTO drive shaft attached to the tractor. It requires an output of T35 – 70 HP (26 – 51 kW).

The TRILO SG400 stands out as a distinctive vacuum sweeper, featuring a 3-piece, flexible verticutting shaft. This unique design makes it particularly well-suited for use on sloping terrains, such as golf courses and verges. Equipped with large, air-filled tires that ensure minimal soil pressure, the sweeper boasts a 1.50 or 1.70-meter-wide suction hood. The inclusion of castor wheels, aligned with the heart of the shaft, allows the suction hood to seamlessly follow the contours of the terrain. Powering the SG400 is a Walterscheid PTO shaft with a wide angle and overrun clutch, driving the formidable Ø 850 mm, 5-blade fan. The housing lining is replaceable, extending the sweeper's operational life. For added versatility, an optional 5-meter-long wander hose is available, facilitating easy cleaning in hard-to-reach areas. Compatible with tractors starting from 35 HP (25 kW), the TRILO SG400 is a reliable and efficient solution for a variety of outdoor cleaning applications.

C15, a compact multi-functional and versatile machine for small turf growers. The TRILO C15 is a unique machine that can mow flail, scarify and collect in one pass. This robust machine is suitable for tractors from 30 HP (22 kW) for maintenance of sports fields. The more than 1 m3 large hopper can be hydraulically emptied and the shape of the dust cover on top of the hopper directs the airflow to the back instead of upwards. The knives are easily accessible for cleaning, maintenance and changing. Changing blades is possible without using tools. Verticutting golf courses

Verticutting is an important part of maintaining the grass on golf courses and of mechanically controlling weeds. With TRILO scarifier units you can perform this maintenance excellently. The verticutting of grass fields not only prevents the build-up of a thatch layer but also provides aeration of the top layer. Verticutting ensures better absorption of water and fertiliser and results in a faster greening in spring. An additional advantage is that fewer pesticides need to be used and they are better absorbed. The TRILO VCU 150 and 200 Scarifier units are fully mechanically driven by the PTO drive shaft of your tractor, so you have no risk of hydraulic oil leaking. he VCU150 is a 1.5 m wide machine for verticutting sports fields. Due to its size, it is is flexible and easy to use with compact tractors. A PTO drive shaft provides the drive and the required output is 18 HP (13 kW). The depth of verticutting can be adjusted easily and continuously using the threaded spindle on both sides of the unit. The units are equipped with knives with 5 tips of manganese steel and are 3 mm thick or are optionally fitted with tungsten tips. Optionally the units can be equipped with gauge wheels (undulation kit) on the backside of the frame for even better more precise following of the terrain. Verticutting reel 1.5 m.
